I recently broke my hip when a car knocked me off my bike. I contacted Wight Phoenix to hire a scooter so I could watch my wife compete in The Great South run.
This was no problem and I realised that Wight Phoenix were very customer orientated. In fact I was so impressed I hired it for a fortnight just to get some independence and enable me to go outside.
Each time I dealt with Wight Phoenix I sensed they cared, they certainly made my quality of life improve.
It's good to know there are still people running businesses with a very caring human approach.
